Lighting, Audio, Video, Stagehand, Set Construction and Management
Our 11-month program helps young adults in the Boston area gain technical skills, professional mentorship and get connected to jobs in the entertainment industry.
We offer two tracks based on your age:
High School Track - For Boston Public Schools students, ages 16+
Paid hands-on training
Paid internships
Community building and career exploration events!
A hands-on career exploration program for students interested in learning about different creative jobs behind the scenes with:
Career Track - For young adults ages 18 - 25 who: Live in the Boston area. Are not enrolled in a 4-year college. Do not have a college degree.
This college alternative helps you get started in the entertainment
industry with:
Paid 1:1 career coaching
Paid hands-on training
Paid internships
Community building and career exploration events
OSHA 10 safety training

Step 3: Summer Training (Paid!)
A required, two-week hands-on training intensive to kick off your journey in live entertainment.
Once or twice a month, you’ll take part in workshops co-led by industry experts. These include:
Creative & technical skills training
Health & wellness training
Financial education for artists and freelancers
